Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish.

But Iblis (did it not); he refused to be with those who made obeisance.

And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam, they made obeisance, but Iblis (did it not); he refused.

Then when they despaired of him, they retired, conferring privately together. The eldest of them said: Do you not know that your father took from you a covenant in Allah's name, and how you fell short of your duty with respect to Yusuf before? Therefore I will by no means depart from this land until my father permits me or Allah decides for me, and He is the best of the judges:

Then one of the two women came to him walking bashfully. She said: My father invites you that he may give you the reward of your having watered for us. So when he came to him and gave to him the account, he said: Fear not, you are secure from the unjust people.

And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam they did obeisance, but Iblis (did it not). He refused and he was proud, and he was one of the unbelievers.

Take this my shirt and cast it on my father's face, he will (again) be able to see, and come to me with all your families.
