  1. Who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six periods, and He is firmly established on the throne of authority; the Beneficent Allah, so ask respecting it one aware.

  2. Say: As for him who remains in error, the Beneficent Allah will surely prolong his length of days, until they see what they were threatened with, either the punishment or the hour; then they shall know who is in more evil plight and weaker in forces

  3. On that day shall no intercession avail except of him whom the Beneficent Allah allows and whose word He is pleased with.

  4. And the servants of the Beneficent Allah are they who walk on the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant address them, they say: Peace.

  5. Who fears the Beneficent Allah in secret and comes with a penitent heart:

  6. They shall say: O woe to us! who has raised us up from our sleeping-place? This is what the Beneficent Allah promised and the messengers told the truth.

  7. And your Allah is one Allah! there is no god but He; He is the Beneficent, the Merciful.

  8. The gardens of perpetuity which the Beneficent Allah has promised to His servants while unseen; surely His promise shall come to pass.

  9. Surely it is from Sulaiman, and surely it is in the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful;

  10. And whoever turns himself away from the remembrance of the Beneficent Allah, We appoint for him a Shaitan, so he becomes his associate.

  11. They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah.

  12. Say: Who guards you by night and by day from the Beneficent Allah? Nay, they turn aside at the mention of their Lord.

  13. Say: Call upon Allah or call upon, the Beneficent Allah; whichever you call upon, He has the best names; and do not utter your prayer with a very raised voice nor be silent with regard to it, and seek a way between these.

  14. They said: You are naught but mortals like ourselves, nor has the Beneficent Allah revealed anything; you only lie.

  15. Then We will most certainly draw forth from every sect of them him who is most exorbitantly rebellious against the Beneficent Allah.

  16. And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son.

  17. And certainly Haroun had said to them before: O my people! you are only tried by it, and surely your Lord is the Beneficent Allah, therefore follow me and obey my order.

  18. The Beneficent, the Merciful.

  19. There is no one in the heavens and the earth but will come to the Beneficent Allah as a servant.

  20. You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward.

  21. And ask those of Our messengers whom We sent before you: Did We ever appoint gods to be worshipped besides the Beneficent Allah?

  22. Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for t them will Allah bring about love.

  23. The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Beneficent Allah, they shall not be able to address Him.

  24. And when it is said to them: Prostrate to the Beneficent Allah, they say: And what is the Allah of beneficence? Shall we prostrate to what you bid us? And it adds to their aversion.

  25. O my father! surely I fear that a punishment from the Beneficent Allah should afflict you so that you should be a friend of the Shaitan.

  26. Or who is it that will be a host for you to assist you besides the Beneficent Allah? The unbelievers are only in deception.

  27. The day on which We will gather those who guard (against evil) to the Beneficent Allah to receive honors

  28. He said: O my Lord! judge Thou with truth; and our Lord is the Beneficent Allah, Whose help is sought against what you ascribe (to Him).

  29. The Beneficent Allah,

  30. In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

  31. And when those who disbelieve see you, they do not take you but for one to be scoffed at: Is this he who speaks of your gods? And they are deniers at the mention of the Beneficent Allah.

  32. Who created the seven heavens one above another; you see no incongruity in the creation of the Beneficent Allah; then look again, can you see any disorder?

  33. A revelation from the Beneficent, the Merciful Allah:

  34. He is Allah besides Whom there is no god; the Knower of the unseen and the seen; He is the Beneficent, the Merciful

  35. And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken to Himself a ! son. Glory be to Him. Nay! they are honored servants

  36. The Beneficent Allah is firm in power.

  37. And they say: If the Beneficent Allah had pleased, we should never have worshipped them. They have no knowledge of this; they only lie.

  38. The day on which the spirit and the angels shall stand in ranks; they shall not speak except he whom the Beneficent Allah permits and who speaks the right thing.

  39. Has he gained knowledge of the unseen, or made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah?

  40. And they make the angels-- them who are the servants of the Beneficent Allah-- female (divinities). What! did they witness their creation? Their evidence shall be written down and they shall be questioned.

  41. Have they not seen the birds above them expanding (their wings) and contracting (them)? What is it that withholds them save the Beneficent Allah? Surely He sees everything.

  42. And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it.

  43. These are they on whom Allah bestowed favors, from among the prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those whom We carried with Nuh, and of the seed of Ibrahim and Israel, and of those whom We guided and chose; when the communications of the Beneficent Allah were recited to them, they fell down making obeisance and weeping.

  44. Say: He is the Beneficent Allah, we believe in Him and on Him do we rely, so you shall come to know who it is that is in clear error.

  45. What! shall I take besides Him gods whose intercession, If the Beneficent Allah should desire to afflict me with a harm, shall not avail me aught, nor shall they be able to deliver me?
